Cheesecake

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup cup butter, melted
2 pkg cream cheese (8 oz. each), softened
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
4 eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

In a pie pan, mix crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and butter. Tamp down evenly into pan.

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla and flour intil smooth. Add in beaten eggs. Pour filling into pie pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool completely. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Top with strawberries or blueberries. Yum!
